Fallout 4: New Vegas - Introductory Sequence Tweaks

Last year when we showcased the first preview of character creation in Fallout 4: New Vegas, we got a ton of feedback from our community. An absolute boatload of ideas and suggestions came in, and we looked them over looking at ways to improve F4NV wherever we possibly could. Once suggestion kept coming up time and time again, and it became clear that Fallout 4: New Vegas absolutely could not release without this present. As such, we present to you the first of our key community suggestions for F4NV!
