Potato pizza bomb is a delicious and innovative twist on traditional pizza. It typically consists of a pizza dough stuffed with a flavorful mixture of mashed potatoes, cheese, herbs, and vegetables. The dough is folded over the filling to create a ball or “bomb“ shape, hence the name. Ingredient Quantity For Filling Corn boiled ½ cup Oil 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Green capsicum chopped ½ no Red bell pepper chopped ½ no Yellow bell pepper chopped ½ no Black pepper powder 1½ tsp Mix herbs 1 tsp Chilli flakes 1 tbsp Salt to taste Tomato puree ¼ cup Bread crumbs 1½ tbsp For potato base Potato boiled 4 no Chilli flakes 1 tsp Mix herbs 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Corn starch 2 tbsp Salt to taste For celery Corn starch 2 tbsp Water 1 cup Cheese grated 3 tbsp Bread crumb for coating Corn starch for dusting Oil for frying Cheese slice 2 no Mix herbs for sprinkle Chilli flakes for sprinkle Method 1. Take a mixer jar add boiled corn and blend coarsely. 2. Place the kadai on medium flame and heat the oil. Now add chopped garlic, corn, chopped green capsicum, chopped red bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper, black pepper powder, mix herbs, Chilli flakes, salt and mix well. 3. Add tomato puree to it and cook until moisture is absorbed. 4. Now side out in a bowl and add bread crumbs mix well. Now keep it in the fridge to cool. 5. Take a large bowl and grate the boiled potatoes in it. 6. Now add chili flakes, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, corn starch and salt as per taste and mix till it becomes a dough. 7. Take another mixing bowl. Add corn starch, some water and mix well. Make a thick batter. 8. In that filling bowl. Add grated cheese and mix well. 9. Take a plate and add bread crumbs. In another plate, sprinkle some corn starch. 10. Now take some portion of potato dough flat them and make a well in a center place. Add mixture of vegetable then close it up and roll into a ball. 11. Make the rest with remaining mixture and set aside for further use. 12. Now dip it in corn starch batter and coat with bread crumbs. 13. Repeat the method and keep in the fridge to cool down some time. 14. Now heat the oil on medium flame and fry the all set balls in golden brown color. 15. Then side out in a plate and top it with cheese slice. 16. Now serve in serving plate. Sprinkle mix herbs and Chilli flakes.
