Tuned to “Four Fourty Who“ know what I'm saying? Here's a classic by John Coltrane called “26-2.“ This one has always given me trouble, but I finally feel like I'm able to hear lines a little more clearly through the harmony now.. still a long way from feeling comfortable on it. Trane took no prisoners when he recorded this tune! Also dig Mulgrew Miller and Joe Lovano's solos on this from Lovano's Vanguard record!
