#kali #silat #seminar #filipino I gave a Filipino Boxing, Panantukan and Silat Seminar in Holland with Marcel Vandongen from MATCH. Filipino martial arts are one of my favourite martial arts and the empty hand part is one of the area I enjoy the most. The method taught here is Inosanto Method, which is a blended method. The Silat techniques are from Maphilindo Silat, a mix between Silat from Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
