6 defenders start in the corner of the grid and quickly run to spread out on defense in front of 2 tackle bags randomly spaced out 5m away, with 3 players with shields hidden behind them. A scrumhalf in the corner on the same side of the grid as the bags and shields makes a pretend pass with the ball to show it is “out“.
