In a race billed as a match between Gold Cup 1-2 Galopin Des Champs and Bravemansgame, 20/1 chance Fastorslow spoiled the party with a shock success in the feature Ladbrokes Punchestown Gold Cup. Second to subsequent Grand National hero Corach Rambler in last month's Ultima Handicap Chase, Martin Brassil's stable star took a massive step forward, to claim the scalp of this season's Cheltenham Gold Cup and King George VI Chase heroes.
