Russian extremist Vladimir Zhirinovsky, insisting his claims of a deadly new secret weapon were no joke, said on Wednesday (2/2) it had killed 12 Muslim soldiers in Bosnia. Zhirinovsky, notorious for his wild threats, said he had given the go-ahead to use the “Elipton“ weapon by Russian officers in the former Yugoslavia. Zhirinovsky claims the weapon would kill by producing a massive impulse of sound that human beings can not withstand.
