Kangding City, located in Garze Prefecture in western Sichuan, is an important town at the intersection of Sichuan and Tibet. The area I walked was the old town of Kangding. The small town is surrounded by mountains and has a river running through it. Various buildings with rich ethnic styles are scattered on both sides of the river in an orderly manner, making the place rich in plateau ethnic customs. Filming time: October 2023.
