bad pal game with cheating ai bad controls and low framerate with slowdowns, ai just cheat and always faster than you even if you are on fastest car, it’s possible to win only with good rng, all enemies item spam and attack only you, racetracks with shortcuts can be fun but a lot of shitty invinsible walls ruin everything, collision detection is broken, 3 jumping shortcuts is broken, water shortcut is broken with invinsible wall, also there is broken jump on level with parking lot you can make it only with low framerate so you need to wait enemies, looks like that shit not even tested, playable character red max from intro and title screen is unlockable in ps1 version, but unlocked from start in pc version because there is only 6 racers max but 7 in pc, pc version is literally same game only with optional crappy weather effects in options and fixed shortcut on junkyard level, pc version is locked to 21 fps with same framedrops, there is better wacky races games from different devs to play on dreamcast and ps2
