Langzhong Ancient City(閬中古城) is located on the northeastern edge of the Sichuan Basin and in the middle reaches of the Jialing River(嘉陵江). It has a history of more than 2,300 years and is one of the four ancient cities in China. It has a suitable climate and rich products. The architectural style of the ancient city reflects the ancient Feng Shui(風水) concept of residence and the checkerboard layout of the ancient city. It is also the birthplace of Chinese Spring Festival culture. Zhongtian Tower(中天樓) was built in the Tang Dynasty(唐代) and rebuilt on its original site in 2006. Zhongtian Tower is a three-story Ming and Qing style wooden building with a height of 25 meters. It is the most famous landmark building in Langzhong Ancient City. ZhangFei Temple(張飛廟) was built during the Three Kingdoms period(三國時期). The original building was a remnant of reconst
