ID: 3391886 Abbie Paull, 25, was with her two-year-old son Reuben at home in Florida, when she turned around for two seconds only to look back at her son with a toilet seat around his neck. Reuben had pulled the seat over his head and got it trapped, so Abbie called her husband Jake, 27, and had him come home to help on August 31st.
