Several days ago, a new mockery emerged from “Internet experts” about the use of motorcycles in the Russian army. The fact is that the use of motorcycles in the armies (including in the Ukrainian army) is not a novelty but an objective fact for about a century. The use of motorcycles has advantages over BTRs as they are more difficult to reach and lighter to cover long distances in a short time, being very useful in reconnaissance work. Obviously the casualties exist, especially by drone attacks, much more precise than artillery; but as always the absurdity and ignorance of many has no limits and it is better to continue with the rhetoric of “the lack of Russian material”. It’s only necessary to see how in the IIWW, where mechanized cavalry stood as elementary in the offensives; horse was still used for reconnaissance tasks.
