Estonia removes Soviet-era tank monument

The Estonian city of Narva has removed a monument of a tank commemorating the site where Soviet soldiers crossed a river during World War II and defeated the Nazis, driving them from the area. Locals, some of whom have been laying flowers where the memorial stood, say the government should be focusing on other things at the moment.
