After tragically losing his wife, Pete (Clive Standen) and his son Tyler (Mason Wells) move cross country and purchase the Plaza Square Storage facility and the apartment within it. Pete soon realizes that his dream of owning a business is not all it’s cracked up to be, as many of the units are vacant and owe payments. As Pete works to sort through this, Tyler begins to exhibit strange behavior, such as horrible nightmares and moments of demonic possession. Pete takes him to a therapist, Dr. Young (Yeardley Smith) to find out if Tyler is just acting out after the death of his mother, or if something more sinister has taken hold.
