To add to recent news of billboards glorifying the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, also known as the Galician Division, appearing in Lvov, here’s a video in which the Azov battalion ideologist Vladislav Dutchak, who was captured at Azovstal in 2022, denied that the Azov battalion used nazi insignia and mentioned specifically the Galician lion of the 14th SS Division, which, in his opinion, could be considered a sign of nazi connections for a military unit using such symbols.
