This video is to help you learn to dance rocks or, to improve your rocks if you already know how to do them. Often, dancers have trouble closing the gaps in their knees and ankles during a rock. So I show you some techniques to use that help you learn how to move better to close them up. I also show techniques and exercises for how to make it look like your rocks are “Deeper“ or moving side to side more.
