Full title reads: “King Leopold III at the Camp of Beverloo“ Beverloo. VS of King Leopold III of Belgium on horseback in uniform. A large crowd with lots of children in waves flags etc. VS of ranks of soldiers and war veterans. King Leopold speaks from his horse to the assembled troops. He presents new colours to the soldiers. VS as soldiers march past the saluting King. (Leopold is still wearing a black armband of mourning following the death of his father). The flag is marched off the parade ground. N.B.
