Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of BRICS summit in Kazan. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations and joint work within the BRICS organisation as well as international agenda. “Russian-Chinese cooperation in global affairs is one of the main stabilising factors on the world stage.
