This week's combination is going to be a lot of tight hip and core work! Make sure to keep the knees a bit soft and the spine aligned so you can really use the abdominals to help control the fast small hip work. I drill this combination quite fast, try it at a slow pace and really focus on clear technique and transitions before speeding it up. All of these moves and combinations are made with the maqsoum and baladi rhythms in mind, try to drill them to a song with one of these rhythms.
