Colchian Circe - Ancient Proto-Georgian Queen of Aia. Goddess of Witchcraft, Great sorceress, Heliada. Circe was a Goddess of sorcery (pharmakeia) who was skilled in the magic of transmutation, illusion, and necromancy. She lived on the mythical island of Aiaia (Aeaea) with her nymph companions. nymphs are very often associated with Colchis in the Greek mythology. Parents: Sun-God Helios and a Nymph Perse or Helios and Goddess Hecate Consort: Odysseus Children: Latinus, Telegonus, Agrius. Towards the end of Hesiod’s Theogony (c. 700 BCE), it is stated that Circe bore Odysseus three sons: Agrius (otherwise unknown); Latinus; and Telegonus, who ruled over the Tyrsenoi, that is the Etruscans. Siblings: Aeëtes, Pasiphaë, Aloeus and Perses. Also Scylla and Empusa.
