Hello, my friends, this is Dr. Beter. Today is May 28, 1977 and this is my monthly Audioletter No. 24.

This issue concludes the second year of the Audio-letter. But only if we are blessed by a true miracle, will the third year ever be completed, because as I speak to you today a tragedy has already been set in motion that is beyond human comprehension. Not since last July and August, 1976 when the Soviet Union began planting underwater bombs and missiles in our own territorial waters has the situation been so grave and urgent as it is now. For that reason I will dispense with any further introduction today in order to discuss these three topics: Topic #1--The Fall of Babylon Revisited; Topic #2--The Handwriting On The Wall For America; and Topic #3--WATER, THE ULTIMATE WEAPON.
