US wants to expand ties with Africa to limit dependance on China for raw materials

A Washington think tank has announced the US should expand commercial ties with African countries to limit its dependence on China for minerals. The DRC is one African nation that could provide an alternative, but many locals there have no desire to help the Americans, as RT’s Noluvuyo Kunge explains.
