Join me for this 25 minute dumbbell arms & abs workout that you can do at home or at the gym! We will start with an upper body warm-up and then go into the circuit consisting of 4 STANDING arm exercises and 4 FLOOR abs exercises. This is a great beginner workout that will still have you feeling challenged throughout.
