I think it's quite easy to understand the story since it kind of follows the lyrics of the song: Killian and Princess Emma of Misthaven (also known as Emma Swan) met at a ball organised for her 18th birthday, and kept meeting each other during several other balls all around the Enchanted Forest. It didn't bother her parents much until they found out, during a ball at Camelot, that Killian was only a prince is disguise and that the two had growing feelings for the other. So Killian was forced to leave the ba
