Vaccinated Deaths! - Should this happen on First Covid Exposure

How do the vaccinated die of COVID-19? Is it the same lung pathology as the unvaccinated? What is the exact mechanism of death? In the context of Australia and New Zealand, these countries were able to have a zero Covid approach, allowing over 90% of the population to be vaccinated prior to exposure. Did it make a difference? These deaths represent challenge studies and the outcomes with prior vaccine candidates and SARS-COV become very important. Without autopsies, this is virtually impossible to understand.
