Now that's not some enthusiastic scientist talking about the pros and cons of weather modification through geo-engineering. That's the director of the CIA who all the way back in 2016 made this claim about how weather modification can be used as a weapon against some communities and nations. And if he's willing to let this much information out, I can't even imagine what kinda horrific he isn't telling us. But luckily he isn't the only one blowing the whistle on this whole situation. Just hear out this Air Force veteran who explains what kind of diabolical experiments are being conducted by our very own institutions. And if you still have some doubts about the legitimacy of such claims from these very reputable and professional sources, well you're in for a treat my friend because almost 9 years ago famed physicist Michio Kaku had this to say about weather manipulation. And that's the thing about the idea of weather manipulation. We've known about its existence for years and yet our institutions, politicians and media channels pretend as if it doesn't exist. But every now and then we get a sneak peek of what's really going on behind the shroud of secrecy. And this usually happens when some brave senators decide to ask questions. And if someone still is naive enough to think that our military isn't involved in weaponizing the weather, let me show you something completely mind-boggling. Kotsch. “Recent advances in weather science demand the immediate establishment of a vigorous, comprehensive, and imaginative atmospheric research program under government sponsorship. The lowest price for procrastination in this regard will be political, economic, social, and military paralysis. The highest price will be absolute obedience to the leaders in the Kremlin. Under appropriate meteorological conditions, Western scientists have caused rain and snow by seeding supercooled clouds with dry ice. Tremendous “holes” in these clouds and supercooled fogs have also been created. To be sure, cloud seeding and small-scale weather modification are not the final answer to large-scale weather control. Weather and climate over all portions of the globe are the result of a sensitive balance of cosmic and terrestrial forces. But they are a great stride in the direction of large-scale weather control. And recent progress has been such that it is no longer visionary to discuss and plan for the eventuality of weather control. It will soon be a matter of survival! When one considers that the capability of large-scale weather control automatically includes the possessor’s national and international control, to a very great extent, over agricultural yields, water supply, health, electrical power, lines of communication, the course and intensity of storms and hurricanes, and military aspects of national defense, the political and other implications are truly terrifying.” So basically we knew how to modify weather decades ago and we also knew even back then just how devastating large-scale weather control can be on a national and international scale and yet today we think it’s impossible. And HAARP is only one of the many projects funded by our military which today has a budget of over 1 trillion dollars. For reference, that is more than the GDP of one hundred and sixty countries. And you think they don’t have the capabilities or the resources to change weather! Well if you only stop to ask why these strange events happen you might find some answers but most of us are too busy to even ask. For instance, how many of you asked “ Why in the world is half of Wyoming burning right now?” I bet you didn’t hear a peep about it, did you? “Nearly 73000 acres of the Bighorn National Forest are now on fire” Now that may sound like just another forest fire but you have to look deeper than that to see why this is an anomaly. “The previous largest fire recorded in the forest’s 100-year history topped out at around 18,000 acres and took weeks to grow that size. Over the weekend, the Elk Fire grew more than 25,000 acres in a matter of hours, they said.” So basically we have a once-in-a-lifetime fire raging on in Wyoming and no one is talking about it. Well luckily this guy is not shy about asking questions and he also has a rather interesting theory. Now in other weather news, we have another hurricane that are getting worse and more frightening. on the horizon and this one might be just as dangerous as the last one and let’s hear why that is. Well, maybe Bill Gates can save us since he has the so-called hurricane prevention technology. I don’t know about hurricane prevention but he may very well be the hurricane tamer.
