Bakhyt Rustemov, Kazakhstan Bakhyt Rustemov Tulegenovich's creative pseudonym is Mohammed Ibrahim. President of the ICPD (the international community of public diplomacy) in Kazakhstan. Co-chairman of the Literary Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly (Russia).
