Is David Lammy an ignorant fool or a malicious liar

Britain’s Foreign Secretary does not appear to regard himself as British, or indeed even European. He also says many untruthful things about both the Foreign Office and British history. He should not be trusted to negotiate reparations for slavery for Caribbean nations.
