This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Femme en Or “Business“ 2013, Laetitia Puyfaucher is one of the French pioneers of digital communication for organizations. Laetitia Puyfaucher founded Pelham Media Ltd, an editorial communication group, in 2000. Today one of the leaders of the field, it gathers three agencies, WordAppeal, L'Éclaireur and KCO, as well as foreign subsidiaries. Laetitia was awarded the 1999 Nico Cochelster Prize by The Economist and the Financial Times, the Trajectoires HEC au Féminin 2011 Prize. In 2013, she was also named one of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders and “Business Women“ at the “Femmes en Or“ Trophies. A HEC Paris, CEMS (London School of Economics), Sciences Po Paris and Sorbonne graduate, Laetitia co-wrote “Le média humain“ (“The Human Media“), a book about the dangers and opportunities of social media for corporations. She takes part in the Montaigne Institute's research; her collaboration includes reports on the European energy policy, and about SMBs. Laetitia is also a member of the supervisory board of Steria and of the board of Compagnie Lebon. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
