Welcome to the Burn It Series of 4 workouts that are targeted to strengthen and define specific muscle groups. Using minimal equipment such as a stability ball and pilates ball, you will perform graceful toning exercises that will re-shape and balance all your major and minor muscle groups. In BURN IT Thighs and calves you will target your lower body with ballet style exercises that specifically engage your calves and thighs. You will be using stability ball against the wall and to lay your back on in order to engage your core, help with stability and create larger range of motion.
