Do the numbers make sense on this property as a rental? Can you receive a high ROI? Many people get emotionally tied to their primary home, so be sure to take the emotion out of the equation. It may make more sense to sell, make a profit, and buy multiple investments. I would make sure that it’s actually a solid investment before converting it into a rental. Tips for Buying Real Estate with Gold & Silver There are ways to buy real estate by borrowing against your gold and silver.
