Reprographics by CLE Print DOWN ANOTHER ROAD has one of those structures that look complicated on manuscript but sound natural in performance and ore easy to blow on once you get the feel of the thing. Harmonically it is a basic 12 bar blues with some slight variations; rhythmically it changes time frequently, (as one of our 'deps' once said “i'd just about got into the 5/4 when t changed to 4/4 and by the time i'd adjusted to that it was bock in 5 — so I gave up') the structure being 4 bars of 5/4, 2 bars of 4/4, 2 bars of 5/4, 1 bar 4/4, 1 bar 3/4 ond 2 bars 5/4 to finish......
