Specialty dancers Georges and Jalna are a bright spot in this otherwise so-so musical vehicle that showcases Eleanor Powell. Along with Powell is Virginia Bruce and my favorite, singer Frances Langford. James Stewart seems very out of place in this song and dance review, his role was originally set for Allan Jones, the great singer of the 30's. BORN TO DANCE was released Nov. 27, 1936.
