YOĞUN TURUNÇGİL AROMASIYLA KAMKAT REÇELİ Dakikalarca damağınızda kalacak yoğun bir turunçgil deneyimini hedeflemiştim tarifi yaparken;beklentiminde çok üzerinde bir sonuç çıktı.. ➡️ 300 gr şeker ve 400 ml suyu şerbetini yapmak üzere ocağa aldım ➡️600 gr kamkatı yıkadım,daha yoğun renk ve aroma için 3 tanesini şerbetine rendeledim,diğerlerine kürdanla delikler açıp şerbete ekledim ➡️45 dakika kadar orta ateşte pişirdim 📍olduğunu anlamanın yolu bir bardak suya şerbetinden damlatmak,saçaklanarak dibe çöküyorsa mükemmel kıvama ulaşılmıştır✌🏻 KUMQUAT JAM WITH INTENSIVE CITRUS FLAVORS I was aiming for an intense citrus experience that would stay on your palate for minutes while making the recipe; the result was way above my expectations.. ➡️ I took 300 g of sugar and 400 ml of water to the stove to make its sherbet. ➡️I washed 600 gr kumquat, grate 3 of them into syrup for more intense color and aroma, I drilled holes in the others with a toothpick and added them to the syrup. I cooked it on medium heat for 45 minutes. 📍The way to understand that it is, is to drip the syrup into a glass of water, if it collapses to the bottom by scattering, the perfect consistency has been reached ✌🏻 #reçel #reçeltarifleri #kamkat #kumkuat #marmelat
