The spring took a sudden and cold turn where I live. The stronger the longing for summer. Perhaps this is the reason I decided to make a somewhat bossa nova style cover (returning to the things I started with? a return to form in some way?). The song for today is 'Too Much To Ask' by Arctic Monkeys. Perhaps I've already mentioned it somewhere on my channel, but I'm a big fan of their earlier stuff. This particular song is a b-side to their 2007 single, 'Fluorescent Adolescent' which was later included in their second album, 'Favourite Worst Nightmare'. So I guess one could call this song obscure, but I really like it. Hope you enjoy it, too. P.S. For the life of me I can't keep the tempo properly, but please wait for the chorus, I think it came out quite nice.
