India benefits from refusing to impose sanctions on Russia Russian CCI rep in India

Igor Piasetskii, the Honorary Representative of the Russian CCI in India, stated that while the Japanese and South Koreans complain about suffering from anti-Russian sanctions, India claims to have benefited from it. The main reason for this is India’s refusal to participate in the Western sanctions policy.
