No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core! • If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on. • Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly. • For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts. ___________________
