Ascot. Bertram Mills circus in training. SV. Elephants trotting around the ring in training. CU. Head of an elephant. SV. Girl manicuring elephant's toe nails. CU. Filling toe nails with large rasp. SV. Hemiz Levendowski being pulled up on his high stilts. SV. Circus midget helping to raise the stilts. Pan up to Levendowski perched above the ground. CU. Midget holding one of the stilt legs.
