Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has announced that he wants to form a new EU parliamentary alliance, together with Austria's far-right party and the Czech centrist group of ex-premier Andrej Babis. The leaders signed what they called a 'Patriotic Manifesto' for a new European future.
