Angela Rayner is facing Oliver Dowden in a fiery session of PMQs as Labour’s deputy leader continues to face questions about the sale of her former council house. With Rishi Sunak out of the country, Wednesday’s session is a battle of the deputies. Rayner used her first question to tackle Dowden on the government’s housing record. She said that Natalie from Brighton has been served with two no fault eviction notices in 18 months. Rayner asked Dowden when the Tories will start tackling the issue instead of focusing on her living arrangements.
