How to make PRETTY MERMAID & MARBLED SEASHELL COOKIES - Wet on wet marbled icing technique (HOW TO)

Hello again sweeties, I know you just recently saw a tutorial on my channel for a red hair mermaid, but this little sweetheart is a blondie and she is just as cute! 😍💗 I will be showing you 2 different techniques in this video, the first one is how to do the mermaid scales for her tail, and the second one is the wet on wet marbled technique on the seashells.
