Dingy and dirty, “Secrets of the Godhead” is M. at his most carnal, weaving a crumbling monolith of direct string slaughter, haunting synth and entombed dissonance, his heaviest material to date. Any who consume the evocations of early rawness of Lamp of Murmuur or Total Death era of Dark Throne will find many spell configurations to their darkest of delights here.
