The Other Side of America: Like Zombie City on Kensington Ave Philadelphia kensington ave philadelphia today Hi everyone. In this video we will discuss the dark side of the United States. The specifics discussed are the Philadelphia area. Philadelphia, formerly known as the birthplace of the United States of America. A place where the founders of the nation met, discussed, debated to form a new nation. In the past, Philadelphia was once the capital of the United States and made a major economic contribution and progress for America. But unfortunately, currently Philadelphia looks rundown. Lots of homeless people and drug addicts there, especially the Kensington Avenue area. Kensington area is like a free place for drug addicts. The streets there are often met by drug addicts, both day and night. Under the influence of drugs, these addicts are like sakau people, their unusual behavior is like zombies. Some people call this area a zombie city or zombie land. They are seen sitting limply or walking unsteadily. The atmosphere in this area looks really terrible. To overcome the problem of drug addiction, the local government has provided shelters for rehabilitation. Unfortunately, many drug addicts refuse to live in shelters. They prefer to make tents on the side of the road, because they feel freer to do what they want. The death rate from overdose is also very high. In 2019, the city recorded around 1150 people died due to overdose. That number rose to 1214 in 2020, and is predicted to rise to 1250 in 2021. Ironically, the problem in Philadelphia is that not only is this area not only a drug problem, but the problem of homelessness is also rampant. On the side of the road many people set up tents as their homes. They weren't campers, but they really were homeless bums. They live and sleep on the streets. What about the crime rate in this area? The crime rate in this area is also very high. This is the result of the many homeless and homeless people there. Message for all of us, let's take care of ourselves, our families, our children to avoid the dangers of drugs.
