Megyn Kelly mocked the “amount of retouching” that made Hillary Clinton appear younger while she posed for the cover of her new book. “The amount of retouching on this face I haven’t seen since Joan Rivers had her 15th surgery — God love Joan,” Kelly said on her SiriusXM podcast “The Megyn Kelly Show” on Wednesday.
