Ulf Evenas Shihan visit Aikido Alive London in April 2013. A one day seminar focusing on the basic structure of Morihiro Saito's traditional Iwama Aikido; Tai jutsu, Aiki-ken and Aiki-jo. Ulf Evenås Sensei, 7 Dan Aikikai, started aikido in 1968 and went to the Iwama dojo to study under Morihiro Saito Sensei in Japan in 1973. Evenas Sensei was one of the first foreign long-term close students of Morihiro Saito Sensei. Since then he have returned to Japan and other countries of the world to study under Morihiro Saito Sensei on a regular basis. Evenas Sensei studied under Saito Sensei for 29 years. Currently Ulf Evenas Sensei directs Gothenburg Aikido club, which is the oldest Takemusu Aikido club in Europe. Ulf Evenas Sensei is the leader of Scandinavian Takemusu Aikido clubs network and official representative of Saito Sensei in Europe.
