It was an unforgettable and historic day, a Sunday that will be remembered forever. 23 May 2021 will always be a day of festivities, thanks to Inter’s 19th Scudetto being lifted. The title really arrived on 2 May, with 4 games to spare, but was celebrated with a last league game that was characteristically energy-filled: a brilliant 5-1 win over Udinese. The last day of the season was a party. The Nerazzurri supporters were waiting for the team outside San Siro, with a crazy welcome for the coaches bringing the players to the ground. Chants, flags and screams for a truly unique pre-game build-up. Inside San Siro, 1000 fans spectated: a gradual return to normality allowed for a small group of Inter fans to be back in the stadium cheering on their team from the stands.
