In this video, Tom teaches you how to use the shift and switch off a bounce move. You use shifts and switches to confuse your opponent and it confuses him by not knowing what direction you go to cut off the ring. First you bounce a little to the right in an orthodox stance, then he bounces back to his left, but as he bounces back to his left, he bounces back in a southpaw stance. This baits your opponent to throw the hook. When your opponent throws the hook, you weave and turn your opponent by putting your hand on your opponent’s waist.
