A windmill is seen - sails in motion. Miniature of an “old southern mill“ is seen. The maker - Mr Tarrant - is seen tending to his model as the sails go around. We can see inside the model which is rather like a dolls house as it has little ladders up from floor to floor and miniature machinery.
