In the year 1978 a bunch of Alien rockers living on Mars are waiting on the Space Ferry to take them to Earth for Spring Break. The Space Ferry is packed with hundreds of gallons of Tang, the official orange beverage of all Space Travellers. For the long trip to Earth they are bringing their Twang Guitars and their Muscle Cars, and of course their Pink Leather Jackets. They are the Twangonauts. They arrive on Earth and land at a Spring Break beach party where the blonde-haired, muscle-bound jock named “Kang“ is the gang leader who insists his girlfriends wear matching T-shirts with his name on it so everyone knows they are with him. At first Kang thinks the Aliens are cool and he invites them to join in the fun and drink some Tang and party together. But when the Aliens start flirting with Kang's girlfriends, he gets jealous and tries to start a fight by kicking them off the beach. The Twangonauts decide to put on a show of force with their insane twang guitar rock music powered by their space alien concert equipment and the engines of their muscle cars. This is the sound known throughout the universe as the “Alien Space Twang“ sound. The Aliens are lovers, not fighters, so they play their crazy loud alien rock music and say goodbye to Kang and the women rather than cause any trouble. But they leave behind lifelong fans who will forever cherish the memories and the Twangonauts T-shirts that the band left behind on that special day at Spring Break 1978. This is the Indie rock music song “Alien Space Twang“ by PaulG and the Invisible Twangonauts set to AI Animation by of AI images created in Midjourney and Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL). All images and video generated by Artificial Intelligence. All of the visuals in this video came from typing words into a textbox (!!?!!), no stock footage or original video footage is used in any of the scenes or images, everything is just AI generated still images from text prompts and then animated by AI and then upscaled by AI. The hardest part of the editing process is all of the great still images which end up not used because the song is only 3 minutes long. SO many cool images were generated by both Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, it is really a shame some will probably never be seen that didn't make it into this video. Also, don't blame Pika for some of the weird psychedelic shape shifting animations, those were intentional design choices to use the maximum movement setting in Pika to achieve the bizarre effect. It is a style choice by the creator, the Pika tool allows more realistic motion with other settings. Just don't want to give them a bad rep with the extreme choices made here for artistic effect to match the tempo and subject of the music. AI images via Midjourney and Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL). AI Animation by @Pika_Labs Some special effects added via Cyberlink PowerDirector. Upscaled to 4K using Topaz. Original human created (non-AI) music from the single Alien Space Twang by PaulG and the Invisible Twangonauts now streaming everywhere.
