Medicine Ball Rotation: Ball going at shoulder height.

Work your abdominal muscles by holding a medicine ball (or a weight) and rotating. Bring the ball down to hip joint on one side then up to shoulder height and down to your other hip joint. Repeat back and forth. To change up your balance and work your abs more (increase difficulty) you can sit on *a pillow *an air disc *a BOSU *a jogging trampoline *a bed--virtually any uneven surface.
